My experience here was absolutely awful. My daughter was 8 months old and received the absolute worst care. Never knew who was going to come in during the lunch hour to help and their attitudes were horrible and they were neglectful. My baby would be too dirty to take anywhere once picked up. She would cry and they would take her out of the room. The teacher would rock the bouncer in such a crazy manner that my husband and I had to call up there. They were so unorganized with very hateful staff. My daughter was only there 2 1/2 months before we took her out. She never came home with bruises or marks but til this day, I hate to even drive by this place because I hope my baby didn’t endure things beyond my knowledge. Please, I have nothing to gain with this review because my child is truly happy and thriving where she’s at now, I just want to warn parents that are considering this place, DONT!
I absolutely love this place. My neice and nephew attend here. They are both learning and growing! The staff is always friendly and ready to help!
Most unorganized facility I have ever sent my child. My daughter will definitely be going back to ymca and not here. They don’t keep up with attendance, your weekly draft coming out of your account or anything. My account fell in the negative many times because they do not draft on mondays like they say. More like when they feel like it. I kept all bank statements and emails for proof. Suzanne is the worst to deal with in there, she’s rude and very nonchalant when you have an issue, nor does she return phone calls. The director gave out false info . Just a mess. My daughter doesn’t even go there anymore and every morning I still to this day get emails about her being checked in/checked out. I’ve called many times to resolve issues and it never gets fixed. No one knows where anyone is and no messages get relayed, no communication whatsoever. You would think you would have better service coming from a Christian daycare. Please don’t waste your time. The young workers there are the best they are great with the children , but the ones in charge I don’t know what to say. Good luck and don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Was told Thursday they had more than enough spots for my daughter to start. Got there and everyone seemed confused on how I got that information. Was extremely unorganized and the lady with the short black hair was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I won't ever entertain sending my child there again.
Morrison Heights have changed 2 years ago it was a great school but not now. I would not recommend them to no one. Run don't stop parents I gave them a 2 out of 10.
