Good day , Miss Monica is truly an exceptional person. Every morning or afternoon we are greeted and my daughter is always acknowledge by her name upon arrival. When she is absent I always get a concerned phone call asking is she okay which is something very big to me I appreciate that so much shows that the facility team cares which I never experienced that before from her previous school most importantly my daughter speech has increased she is sent home with homework i am able to see her work and pictures throughout the classroom settings which is a A plus to me as well the teachers are very hands on with my daughter she is counting to 20 now at 3 years old she is aware of her colors able to point out objects of what I asks too and much more, I am currently in the process of moving which is not closer to the school anymore and I am still going to take that ride to get my daughter to the school I love the experience we have encountered at this school this was one of the best decisions I’ve made from her previous school .
My children started at The Learning Experience when they were just 8 months old—the oldest stayed through Pre-K and the youngest through PK2. The teachers were absolutely amazing, and whenever there was any issue, it was always easy to reach the teachers or Ms. Monica, who does an excellent job running the center. One of the things I really love is that they use their own teaching materials, which truly help kids develop new skills and understand concepts in a fun and meaningful way. I also appreciate their app, which allows parents to follow daily activities and see how the children are learning and growing. By the time my daughter left TLE, she was more than ready for Kindergarten. It was an incredible four years of support, learning, and love. Leaving my children in the care of teachers and qualified professionals who clearly love what they do gave me so much peace of mind. All of the celebrations, milestones, and memories we shared at TLE will stay with us forever. “Thank you, TLE, for all the joy you brought” to our family!
We love TLE in WPB! Our daughter started there at 17 months old and has been attending for almost a year now. Every single teacher is fantastic—they truly go above and beyond for each child. Our daughter is now 2 and in Ms. Ruth’s class, and Ms. Ruth immediately became like family to us. Our little one says she loves her, runs into her arms every morning, and then turns around to blow us a kiss goodbye. Within just a week, Ms. Ruth potty trained her, and we continue to be amazed at how much she’s learning every day. We get pictures and updates throughout the day. That peace of mind and comfort is priceless. As a parent with three older children, I’ve seen plenty of daycares—both good and bad—but none compare to TLE. The facility is always spotless, seasonally decorated, and so warm and inviting. We recommend TLE to everyone we know!
Miss Monica is truly an exceptional person. She goes above and beyond to ensure that my children, my one-year-old son and my three-year-old daughter, feel safe, comfortable, and happy. I have occasionally had to drop them off late or pick them up later than expected, but she has always shown such understanding and compassion. There have been times when she personally took care of my kids outside of regular hours, which speaks volumes about her dedication. When I walk into the facility, despite it being a franchise, there's a warmth and friendliness that immediately stands out. The staff greets my kids by name, and it’s clear that they genuinely enjoy their work. It’s not just a job for them; it’s a true calling. I particularly appreciate Miss Desi, Miss Cookie, and of course, Miss Monica, who each have a wonderful way of connecting with my children. It's heartwarming to see how easily my kids interact with them, and it reassures me that they are in loving hands.
Update – October 2025 Even though it has been over a year and a half since I removed my daughter from this daycare, she still has disturbing dreams about things that happened here. That shows how lasting the impact was. • Inappropriate contact: My daughter reported being kissed on the face by a teacher (Ms. Heyleen) and even had her shirt removed without permission. No teacher should ever undress or kiss a child under any circumstance. • Bullying ignored: Teachers allowed another child to aggressively pull, twist, and tie my daughter’s braids in knots until her hair was ruined and she was in tears. Staff did not stop it or help her afterward. She walked in immaculate and left looking like she had been in a fight. • Threats: Another teacher, “Ms. Cookie,” threatened to spank my daughter and give her “pow-pows.” This is unacceptable. • Poor academics: Despite promising regular testing, the school provided no meaningful academic reports. At parent-teacher meetings, I was told vague statements like “she’ll be above average” with no actual scores or records. Families deserve transparency, not empty reassurances. • Dismissed concerns: When I raised all of these issues with management (Ms. Monica), I was dismissed every time. Promised action never happened. This was not one isolated incident but a pattern of boundary violations, neglect, and dismissal. The fact that my daughter still has nightmares proves how traumatic it was for her. Parents, please think twice before enrolling here. The building may look polished, but the leadership does not enforce safe or ethical standards inside the classroom. Children deserve better.
