We have been with Montessori Cottage for 2 wonderful years! Their attention and compassion towards our daughter goes above and beyond our expectations! We are so happy to be a part of this lovely community. Our child has thrived under their care and continues to grow and learn everyday! What a wonderful beginning to her educational and social development!
A wonderful school run by dedicated, talented educators who fully embrace the Montessori philosophy and methods. Our daughter attended from ~2 years old through kindergarten and absolutely loved it. While ever child learns at their own pace, Montessori Cottage allowed her to reach her full potential, setting her up for a lifetime love of curiosity and learning. Our younger son also started attending ~2 and will soon be in kindergarten. We couldn't imagine a different path for either of our children and while we will be sad to eventually "graduate out" of the school, we will always come back to visit with our friends.
We have been a Montessori Cottage family for 10 years. The teachers are fabulous and given that it is a smaller school, individualized attention is given to each student. Not to mention, the parent community is so supportive and has become some of our closest friends.
We were thrilled with both of our daughters' experiences at Montessori Cottage, and we give it our highest recommendation! Our oldest was at The Cottage for pre-K and K, and the nurturing teachers did such a wonderful job instilling a love of learning that is still ever-present (she's in 6th grade now!). She is still in touch with friends and families from all that time ago. The kids are so friendly, and families so dedicated. The community really has provided the foundation for our friendships in the area. Our younger daughter started at The Cottage when she was 13 months and stayed through pre-K. She's now in 2nd grade and thriving emotionally and intellectually. We mentioned The Cottage the other day, and she immediately beamed and said she wanted to go back! She is a centered, responsible, thoughtful child, and we attribute so much of this to the love and guidance we received in the classroom and out of it from our favorite teachers!
