I cannot say enough good things about this program and all the instructors who help run it. We have been clients/students for over 4 years now and will continue to be as long as we libe in the area. My daughter first came here because she was being aggressively bullied as a kindergartner and her confidence was shattered. Master Moe Mouallem (head instructor and owner) was so kind and patient from the beginning. Working with her to build her self esteem back up and explain on her level how to defend herself. Fast forward, she is now 11 and not only defends others who are getting picked on now, sparring is also one of her favorite activities. As a parent what he continues to teach now both my children is priceless. As a fellow student I have enjoyed proving to myself that I can keep up at my age and fitness level and learn new things at the same time. If you want a diverse, interactive martial arts program please come in and take a trial class! I have never regretted it!
Theeeeeeee best summer and after school program my son ever attended the last 3 years! It’s sad that someone by the name Quad Wells try to bash and use the race card with Mr. Moe and Ms. Jess! Guess what, my son is Creole / Haitian I’m not letting anyone assassinate their character because they’re like the other parents as well! Again, no other daycare summer camp WONT EVER compare that’s the bottom because stone cold said so!!!!!

Momentum has been amazing for us and our girls. We joined after Harvey while we were in the process of rebuilding our house. We wanted the girls to have a place after school. Mrs. Jess and Mr. Moe went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Both of our girls discovered a passion for this and have continued to do it. Momentum has also done alot for the community around them, post harvey they did food and clothing drives, donated their own time and money as well to help others. This is a wonderful place for kids to be safe and looked after. They will learn about respect, discipline, and reward for effort.
