Absolutely love this daycare with all my heart. Both my youngest kids starting going here at around 7 weeks old. I trust the staff 1000% and believe they care for my kids as if they were their own. From infants through school agers this daycare will be with you and your kids as they grow up. They have a MASSIVE play area in the back that goes beyond what you can see from the front. They plan fun themed days for the kids and get them actively involved in learning from an early age. They also have a yearly Art on the Fence for parents to visit and see their kids artwork across the fences.
My son started at Mister McGregor's about a year ago and has been doing so well. Major strides in developing all kinds of different skills - he is happy, confident, and was quickly potty trained with their help. I love how much outdoor playtime he gets all year round. The directors and teachers are kind, communicative, and helpful any time we have questions. We have peace of mind knowing he's safe, well taken care of, and having fun!
My child has been going here for almost a year, he loves going and loves all his teachers. As a parent I feel good about bringing my child here. The structure of their program has taught my child so many things, he comes home every day with something new he is excited to tell us about or show of his projects. Communication with the staff is wonderful and I always feel like I know what is going on and what skills and tasks he is excelling at and what needs more attention. I would recommend MMG to anyone looking for childcare.
My daughter has been at Mister McGregor’s from age 3 months to 4 1/2 years old. She has thrived, and the structure has been essential. She comes home happy and is always learning. They also did a terrific job at handling the pandemic.
I would not recommend anybody that I know to bring their child to this school even though upper Michigan is on phase 5 and there is absolutely no such thing as a mask order in the u p they still force it on the children on my children on everyone else who picks up their own kids I had to have a police officer make them give me my own children because I was not wearing a mask in a parking lot completely alone with way more than 10 feet of space for them to release my children to me even though I had a raincoat covering my face what happened to what is going on is absolutely wrong and I will be pressing charges!! there are other daycares around Marquette that do not force these false narratives on little children and parents I suggest to take them to one of those days cares
