We helpful and offer a hand full of usefull programs if you have all the proper documents that are required for each different program. It's very clean and they keep it cool inside when it's hot. Staff is pretty good about being in office and answering calls and calling back when need to be. I make usefulness from there programs

I applied last year for heat assistance propane to be exact. And they turned out to be my guardian Angel's. And this year they sent me a new application by mail giving me plenty of time to get it filled out and get all of the proper paperwork that is needed for the process by the first day that you can apply. They are very helpful fast and know what they are doing. So if your having a issue with them it has to be on your end or your attitude. I have always been treated with respect and kindness from anyone I spoke with.
