Not very sociable environment and this place needs employees in and out to care about the needs of the elderly people of our community. Someone needs to come out of the offices and look and inspect at the homes and property these dear ones live.... PLEASE...l feel monies EOC receives is misused from the government funding it is unacceptable. I see more new cars at EOC than the upkeep of the elderly people homes or apartment dwelling. Let's be considerate of our older friends and provide for their needs properly...
