Mission Avenue Preschool

Great school! I've had my kids attend from infant to TK. Everything is clean and organized. They have three really nice, age-appropriate playgrounds + toys/tricycles. The staff is wonderful. They give daily updates and help with potty training, writing skills, and much more. They do tons of crafts, have a well thought out curriculum, interesting themes, holiday events for kids, parent teacher conferences, family events, and lots of playtime and outdoor time for the kids. They even bus the older kids to and from school which is awesome since the after school care programs have super long waitlists. I'm super happy with this school!

I would not recommend sending your child here. The director and staff in the toddler room are extremely incompetent. They do not give support to staff who have a high needs child and sometimes don't even know that a kid is attempting to run out of the building. Furthermore they do not address problems with some of the children being physical towards staff and other kids. My husband went back to get my son's things and the staff didn't even know he had gone home for the day. The safety concerns at this place are wild. The director does not answer the phone or emails. Instead, they decide to scapegoat a teacher instead. I had brought up my concerns a few times but nothing ever came of it so I pulled my child. I really hope this place gets new leadership because those kids deserve to be cared by individuals who actually care about their job.

I love it here. I started with my son when he was 4 months old, he been really taking care of and the teachers are very amazing and communicate well. He also picked up on everything. He’s a smart baby and will definitely recommend this school for your children.
