I cannot speak more highly of Rina’s Rascals Daycare. They have been like family, helping raise my children from the days of potty training all the way to learning how to read. The love, patience, and dedication they show every single day is unmatched. Knowing my kids are cared for, supported, and encouraged to grow has given me such peace of mind. I withdrew my child after two half-days due to serious safety concerns. She was fed a food she is allergic to, and no appropriate response or accountability followed until I called to withdraw. The EpiPen was also sent home in her backpack instead of being kept on-site as promised. The director handled the situation poorly. Parents should be cautious before enrolling here
Me and my husband did not do any research before enrolling our child to this daycare. However, I can now confidently say that we are fortunate to have found Miss Rina's. They have highly skilled teachers who are very organized and committed to their work. Our daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 16 months old. Her initial days were a big struggle to us as she found it hard to stay away from us and end up crying all day at the daycare. But the teachers were very patient and handled her so well that she's now very happy at school and don't make a fuss about returning to school even after a long break or vacation. Their daily process is very transparent and we get timely updates on the school's app about our child's daily routine at the daycare. Our heartfelt thanks to all the teachers from Miss Rina's for providing great care and learning for our child. It feels sad for having to say good bye to an excellent school like Miss Rina's. We can never forget the difference you have made in our child's early education.
This daycare center is amazing with amazing staff. The kids that are attending this daycare are learning well above average. Thank you Missrinaslittlerascales we appreciate you and your staff.
