What Parents Say
Miss Jaime's Day Care Center receives mostly positive feedback, with parents praising the attentive and caring staff. However, one parent reported a serious reliability issue on their child's first day, including locked doors, unavailable staff, and unreachable phone lines.
Not even CLOSE to reliable. I drove two towns over to meet with them Thursday and got the paperwork filled out so my son could start Friday. I asked what their hours were. They said 6 AM to 6PM. I let them know I'd be there around 8 or 9. Friday I got there at 8:00 The sign says open but there's not a soul in there. No kids. No teachers. The door is locked. I called several times the phone is shut off. I not only wasted an hour of time with driving going there and back. I lost money from the meeting I was supposed to and now couldn't make. I called several times all day Friday and still phone off. We stayed until 9 and then left. If you can't show up for my kid on day ONE..And can't communicate with me, I'm absolutely not ever taking my kid there. Gas money wasted. Extra supplies for the daycare wasted. Time wasted. And money lost from missing my meeting where I couldn't even give them any notice.
I have had the absolute best experience at Miss Jaime’s. My daughter goes to the one on E st and I am so thankful she does. They have helped her in so many ways and they take such good care of her. Angie, Tahj, and kiersta have been amazing at communicating with us and looking out for our girl. ♥️
Great daycare center. Teachers and Assistants are attentive, kind, and patient. Kids are happy when I come to pick up.
