I want to respond to the negative review below: This Step In Time is located in MA and they have never done a field trip to Canobie Lake Park. which is over an hour away in NH. I have been sending my kids here for 4 years and I can assure you that they teach the kids manners and respect; they put care into their curriculum and my children have always been safe and loved here. What is "rude and selfish" is slandering the wrong business on Google without following up appropriately. Just saying... Anyone looking for a daycare should not discount Step In Time. Please disregard that libelous review and check it out for yourself.
If you want your kids to be encouraged to be polite and have manners do not send them to this daycare. I encountered these people on a family outing to Canobie lake park recently. They were encouraging the children to cut other kids in line instead of politely waiting their turns, even children who had just exited the ride were allowed and encourage to cut back into line to ride again in front of other children who had been waiting. To think that they are teaching other people’s children to be rude and selfish is disgusting especially for the price people pay for daycare.
I am the director at Step in Time Daycare. I personally have never been to Canobie Lake and would never bring the children at my center to it. The children we serve are from 0 to 5 years old and, though we go on wonderful field trips, going to an amusement park would not be based on our curriculum. There is another daycare in Milford with a similar name that may have school agers. Additionally, if anyone would like to comment publicly on this website please do so. However, if you have something negative to say, I would really appreciated if you contact me first so that I can address the issue instead of having it publicly posted on the website and me finding it indirectly through other people. I guess I’m a bit old-fashioned in that I feel that if you have a problem with something you address it directly so that positive change can occur. Oh, and thanks Dan for your comments. Been sending my children here for the past four years. Can speak to the quality of the program and the kindness of the staff. Great curriculum, flexible about hours, caring, genuinely bond with the children.
My brother used to go here. He loved it and was always happy and safe. The only reason we left was because of the location, as he was starting preschool and needed to be in local area for transportation.
