However, three parents report serious concerns including inadequate hydration/feeding, failure to administer medication, staff sleeping on duty, poor management customer service, and a physical discipline incident.
Every day for the last two months when my 16 month old nephew comes home from the daycare Time To Shine. he acts like he is dying of thirst and starving. They have tried telling my sister that he is randomly going up to kids and biting them. We have never had that problem at home or any other daycare. They say they are capable of taking care of special needs but they couldn't even give my nephew his inhaler when needed. My sister has picked him up numerous times and he has been coughing and wheezing. I am telling all parents and guardians of children do not trust this people with your babies. I wish we never sent my nephew to this daycare, Please do not make the same mistake we did. Do NOT send your children to Time to Shine
The management at this daycare has been the worse customer service I have ever received. Sheryl has been rude with me from the day I started my kids there. They have done nothing but demand payment nearly everyday when I was told at the begining that I could pay on a biweekly basis when I got my check. Then they randomly throw a bill at me that they said was from 4 yrs ago.. Sheryl argued and humiliated me in front of everyone raising her voice. Not to mention I found another employee sleeping while being the only one in charge of the kids. She claimed she worked 3rd shift at the cookie factory. Yea I get your tired, but if you can't handle 2 Job's you deffinelty shouldn't take responsibility of OTHER PEOPLES KIDS!!! Everyday that my babies have went there they have been dying of thirst and acted like they were starving. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone. My babies will never be back there around that horrible management that can't even crack a smile .
daycare is recently under new management and i love all the women that work there, my son loves them to death. They have a good size outside area, they have the kids on a good schedule and are always doing fun things with them. They’re really patient with me when it comes to my payments when im a little late I just have nothing but good things to say anout them.
My girls have been going to time to shine since June the whole staff has been wonderful and has became family they have attended birthday parties and been amazing! I’ve seen some parents are saying their kid is coming home thirsty yes when your child is use to drink when ever then goes to a time schedule like school there gonna be more thirsty then usually when I was in school I didn’t get to drink or eat whenever we had breakfast lunch and snack and water break which I’ve seen time to shine do my babies have been out playing when it was warm or been ready for pick up and have plastic cups with water or the sippu cup my younguest has never came home in a wet diaper they have chnaged her before I’ve left with her before they have worked with payment for me if it hasn’t fall with my pay period I highly recommend time to shine the girls are amazing my girls are 5 and 1 and love going
my little sister got picked up and slammed down in a chair by the director. i don't recommend this daycare to nobody!!!!! it's ridiculous
