Mis Amigos Spanish Immersion Preschool

Our little one has been going to Mis Amigos in Hopkins Minnesota since December 2020 and absolute love the staff and the curriculum! Thank you for the wonderful learning experience you are providing for our family, te amo!

Both of our kids have attended Mis Amigos Golden Valley, so we've been in the infant, toddler and preschool classrooms. Mis Amigos has been great-- seeing my daughter happily toddle over to her teacher in the morning is a big comfort. The teachers and staff love the kids and it's a warm, supportive atmosphere. My older son has food allergies and asthma, and we've had a great partnership with staff and leadership around supporting his needs. He's starting Kinder this year and truly we've been so impressed by how much he learned at Mis Amigos -- Spanish but also literacy, numbers, social/emotional, etc. Highly recommend!

Mis Amigos Preschool has been our "village" for the past several years as they have helped raise our kids AND teach them fluent Spanish. We have sent all three of our kids there, with the last one "graduating" this spring. Mis Amigos has provided a solid foundation in Spanish and an incredible cultural experience, plus all the regular curriculum one might expect from childcare birth-age 5. Caring and dedicated teachers throughout, solid kindergarten readiness, responsive and smart administration, and a willingness to work with any challenges that have come up---especially during the pandemic. We are so pleased that our kids are able to walk into a Spanish immersion kinder class with an incredible base in Spanish and confidence in themselves. It takes a village indeed---and Mis Amigos has been all that and more for our family. Highly recommended!

I absolutely LOVE Mis Amigos! My toddler has been at this center since February and right from the beginning we felt the love. The staff has been nothing but phenomenal and I completely am at ease while my little one is in their hands. This is our first experience in daycare and immediately staff made this transition truly a success. They are kind, warm, welcoming, trustworthy, attentive, and professional. We attend the St. Paul location and the director is truly an exceptional being. Daily , a set curriculum is followed and MisAmigos has proudly earned a four star rating from Parent Aware. In our 8 months attending my child has already learned an impressive amount of words and beginning to apply those words outside of being at the center. As a parent I couldn’t have asked for a better child care provider. Communication is always handled well and respectfully. The meals provided are well balanced along with the options to substitute if there is a diet preference you follow. For example, if your family follows a vegetarian diet at home. In my book, Mis Amigos has earned ten stars. Without a doubt , I highly recommend this provider to anyone seeking or just inquiring about an immersion program for your family. Tours are available if you are interested in taking the next step towards enrollment and you will certainly be pleased. I would like to send much gratitude to every Mis Amigos staff person working diligently day in and day out providing loving care to every student that walks through the door. It does not go unnoticed. I

Preschool, I would not recommend. Extreme lack of communication and if something went wrong no one knows what happened or seen anything. I though they are suppose to watch the kids. My child even told me a teacher pointed him in the forehead and there was later issues of kids exposing themselves and touching inappropriately. On top of that, They are not trained or educated or have the passion to handle different types of kids personalities and treat all kids like a cookie cutter and none are the same. They also messed up my account and I noticed after I left they charged me an additional $2,000 they need to reemburse, which the owner does the finances.
