What Parents Say
Mini Miracles Academy receives mostly positive reviews praising staff, communication, flexibility, and affordability. However, two 1-star reviews raise serious concerns about illness policies, infant care, staff communication during emergencies, and lost items.
They left sick kids still come and then your kid catches whatever they have. Now you are having to have your child stay home until they get better. It honestly should not be okay to let sick kids stay if they have a cold/flu or even a cough. Also, I got my child and the cup was still clean so that meant she probably didn’t have anything to drink all day. Then she said she was hungry and ate allot too, which that’s not her unless she went without eating. I will no longer be bringing her to this place anymore.
Please do not take your infant here. Its tolerable for children 3 and up, who can walk and talk. The staff barely speaks English, they lose cloths, diapers and wipes(even though you write the name on them). But that's not even the worse part. They don't feed the babies. I did a surprise pop up and Cheryl told me i forgot my child's bottles when actually they fell out of the bag in the transportation vehicle. Not only did my son go 4 hours without eating, THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME TO TELL ME I HAD TO SHOW UP. Then when i told them my son wouldn't be attending she had the nerve to give me an attitude and told me i needed to call before i come to pick up my child's belongings. If you want your children in good care please do not bring them here. I am not the only parent they have done this to!!
My daughter has attended mini Miracles academy for almost 2 years now. I love all of the teachers here. My daughter has learned her ABC's, 1-10 and her colors. I appreciate how well they have taken care of her
Pretty good place! Compared to any of the other preschools in town you cannot beat the price, plus they're pretty flexible with parents regarding payment times. They provide breakfast, lunch and snacks. The kids get plenty of activities and attention and outside time. They believe in a firm hand regarding discipline. Obviously they don't hit the kids, but unlike some of the preschools that I've dealt with, they aren't all fluffy and overly gentle with kids that clearly need firm boundries. They're open long hours and are really flexible with timing as long as you pay a little extra. They can stay as late as 9 p.m. if you really need it and you schedule it of course
My daughter has been attending Mini Miracles Academy for over two years and we love it!! They communicate to parents and have been extremely flexible. I would recommend them to anyone.
