Mini Kampus Nursery School and Kindergarten has highly polarized reviews. While many parents praise the staff's attentiveness, educational activities, and ability to accommodate food allergies, several parents report serious concerns including failure to provide meals, lack of medical training, inadequate allergy management, and dismissal of children with special needs.
My son attended the summer program and the staff is not on the same page. I had food delivered for Lunch and when the staff received the food, the food was never given to my son and instead put into a fridge. Later that evening when picking my son up I learned he had not ate all day. The facility denied any accountability and blamed it on the next staff member as to why my son did not eat and was not given a lunch. As a mother of 4 this was heartbreaking. I do not recommend this facility.
My son has been coming here for almost two years now. I was worried about sending him due to his severe food allergies. Everyone is aware and makes sure he is safe. I’m so grateful for the staff who take such good care of him. He has learned so much.
Do NOT trust this facility with your children. I remained silent during my entire ordeal. These people not only made false allegations, but these allegations were grossly exaggerated. They “checked” my daughter further without ANY form of medical background. It left me terrified to put my daughter into any daycare. These women are not medically trained. Why they decided to examine my child WITHOUT my consent and prior to even notifying me, I will never understand. Do not trust Ms. Morgan, Ms. Arnita, or their boss Ms. Georgette.
My 3 month baby attended this school and it was such a horrible experience for my family since day one. My child has a written note from her doctor that she has acid reflex’s and the teacher there did not try to work with her condition or anything. Instead of working with her they would call me to come pick up every time she threw up. There are also a number of other things such as sending my child bottles home with no tops causing it to ruin her diaper bag or saying she was out of milk so I had to come get her and when I got home I checked there was two bottles inside still unused. I am very disappointed how this center treated my child and would not recommend this center for any children.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! My grandson has a severe tree nut allergy. Due to other horrible things that have happened we have pulled him out. When I went to get his things, they said they have no EPI PEN for him and no mention of his severe tree nut allergy.
