Minds Over Matter Community Childcare Cn

This facility is run poorly due to an owner who allows employees to do as they please at the expense of the children that are enrolled in facility. My kids were enrolled into facility for five months. I have had several situations & when reported to owner Mrs.Leah they were ignored & often covered up with ok I will deal with it, time & time again. I have picked my child up more than 3 times at the end of the day to find her soiled in urine & feces, once approaching one of the employees & owner about the changing of the diaper, I was then singled out & me & my children were treated rudely & wrong. They also provide a transportation service & my child was neglected & not picked up on purpose after my speaking out about their neglect. I was forced to find other child care & remove my children from their care after not feeling comfortable or safe with leaving them with my children,, very unprofessional place I would not recommend enrolling your children here.

This was my first daycare experience with my first child. Not only was a scared bit also a little confused as well. But the staff at Mind Over Matter made it so easy and a great experience for my child. Adminstration is not only knowledgeable and accommodating, but also very friendly and patient. They are willing to answer any and every question with a smile that reaches their eyes. The teachers are amazing with my child! He enjoys himself every day he attends. The teachers communicate on al daily basis on what he may need, any helpful tips they might have, or and concerns or questions they also may have. I appreciate them all. I highly recommend!!

Please do not enroll your children in this daycare the owner Discriminates against children and makes up rules as she goes. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff is excellent but if the head ain't right neither will the body be. Please don't not enroll your children here

After visiting the facility, I was well pleased with the services that are being offered. The staff members are professional and courteous. The facility is clean and well maintained.
