My kids started going here three weeks ago, not even a week in and the teachers were complaining about my kids almost every day when they’ve been going to their old daycare for three years and never had a complaint and said my kids are well-behaved and my kids are saying they don’t like the Daycare that the teachers yank and pull on their arms. The teachers aren’t nice the teachers make them sit down at a table and do nothing when they were in school all day already sitting down and, when I go to pick up my kids my kids are at the front of the door always and there’s no teachers around ever and last Friday their dad went to go pick them up at Daycare and he told me that my son was standing outside the front of the daycare by himself with no teachers around crying with pee on himself what if he would’ve got kidnapped?so then I call the daycare. They pick the phone up and then hang up on me so then I text them and ask what’s going on. Why is my son outside by himself crying with pee on him and I tell them that I’m switching daycares and all they say is OK I understand they can’t explain to me why my son was outside crying with pee on himself. They don’t care about kids here and this place should be shut down.

I took a tour the day before and everything looked clean and nice. I decided to fill out paperwork and bring it back the next morning with hopes my kids could start the following week, when I walked in to turn in the papers I could see through a window where an older teacher was yelling and picked up two small children by one arm and dragged them off somewhere. Unacceptable, my children will not be attending and parents if you have children already on their care I would suggest finding a new establishment. That is abuse!!

So far our experience has been really good. My daughter looks forward to going here on most days and enjoys her friends and teachers. They are stricter with discipline then a lot of daycares that won’t do anything when kids misbehave. We get complements on how well our daughter behaves and we can tell she’s learning here.

In this child care place I am a father and I take my children to the daycare and my children cry a lot, they do not want to go because the two teachers that are there mistreat them, yell at them, scare them and I am going to say names, it is the 3-year-old teacher, Mrs. Sonia, and the 2-year-old teacher, Mrs. Deyci, that is why I will not take my children there anymore because those teachers are very ugly. I was so happy in that daycare but now that my children told me everything, I believe them because my children are telling me and when I go to drop them off they cry a lot.
