Absolutely avoid this daycare at all costs. The staff is on average ill trained and often understaffed. They have along list of DHS noncompliance reports. They frequently allow children of vastly different age groups to be in a room which has lead to instances in which children have been injured. They fail to give incident reports when a child is injured. The staff are rude and do not seem as if they truly care about the children. They utilize an app that is supposedly meant to allow parents or guardians of children to view camera feeds to check in on their children throughout the day or view digital copies of incident reports for injuries but there is nothing available on the app. If you need further proof that this is not that place for your children make a Facebook post asking about them and many moms or other guardians can send pics or stories to you about how their child was made to sit in bleach because they pooped their pants (a potty training toddler) or have been assaulted by another child, or just kicked out because the parent complained bout how the daycare was not doing something along DHS regulations. If you care for your children do not take them here.
If I could give this daycare a lower score I would I recommend never taking your kids here they are horrible workers and director I regret bringing my baby here sorry excuse for a so called daycare 😡!
