Overall displeased with the organization. There are a few people that shine here which is why we stuck it out as long as we did, BUT their inability to keep staff and hiring people with a lack of experience tipped the scales. With the constant turnover they are unable to keep schedules and RBTs consistent which is an overall detriment to the service. This not to mention constant interruptions in service due to staff failing to process insurance info in a timely manner. As a parent, your feedback is mostly ignored as they will continue to do what is in the best interest of the clinic and not your child. Many time I voiced concerns which I was told to give it time, but ultimately things continued to get worse until they came around to my original conclusion. Again, management does what’s best on paper not best for the clinical aspect. They admitted this to me. Take this for what you will, there are not good options in the area for ABA. Ideally a boutique clinic that was operated by the BCBA who was passionate about what they do would be an ideal situation.
