Milestones Child Development Center

I wish I would of listened to my gut. It was fine in the beginning but management at the front desk changed and I feel that is when things went bad. Many good teachers left and teacher turnover seems high now. The front door stays unlocked in the morning so anyone can walk in. Often times there is no one at the front and you have to search for staff. Staff dont wear ID or uniform but usually look like they are wearing pajamas or belly shirts. They say kids wear uniforms but half don't. The building smells like dirty diapes, parents come in smelling like Marijuana and nothing is said. The classroom in the back right, preschool class I think, is bare..no toys, no wall decor..nothing but tables and chairs. My child would come home looking roughed up and I honestly wanted to think it wasn't that bad considering the toddlers room was nice but NO. I really think the older kids were left to roam with little structure. My child started to act more aggressive and even act scared when we would get upset at home begging and saying sorry. Never wanted to go and would say ' dangerous ' when I pulled up to the center. Barely see the director..only when she drops her kid off so she can go to the gym. Honestly would look elsewhere for child care and I feel guilty letting my child stay there for as long as I did.

Let me start by saying I love this daycare. This is my son first daycare and by far it’s been the best environment for him. I was very skeptical based on the bad reviews I read but this place is nothing like what the reviews say. Some of the reviews up here are really bad and some might make u think it’s “fake reviews” but I can guarantee you it’s not a bad place. I love the director of this establishment. She is so caring and you can tell she’s happy and excited everyday when I see her in the mornings. She is running a good, safe daycare that I’d recommend anyone trying. Anytime I bring up my concerns or questions she and the staff reassure me and answer any of my questions. I never had to worry if my son was ok or safe here. He loves coming here! He is well taken care of here and that’s what I love about this place and the amazing people working here. They treat my son like their own kids and that’s more than what any parent wants. I feel like the bad reviews had to be made up because this daycare is beyond amazing and perfect. If you read any of these reviews please let mine stand out. This daycare is the best thing I ever put my trust in❤️❤️

This daycare is AMAZING !!! The toddler room teachers are the BEST!!! The other teachers are just as AMAZING ! The owner is AMAZING and very compassionate, willing to work with any issues that I have had and I have never had a serious issue . I appreciate all of the extra precautions that they take for my children’s health and safety ! Balanced clean lunches are always a plus when entrusting your children to a care facility . Seriously enroll your children you won’t regret it !

My kids have been going to this childcare facility since they were babies and I’m proud to say this daycare is by far the best. My children have so much fun and learn so much to the point they are so advanced for their age. Every single teacher is absolutely AMAZING!! Milestones is definantly a big family and welcome every child with open arms with love !

The reviews and initial impression are ENTIRELY misleading. This is a poorly run money hungry business posing as a daycare. My two children attended for 5 months and I should have listened to them when they told me they did not want to go everyday. Staff does not want to be there and are not patient or nurturing at all, would find any excuse to close early or send children home. My daughter started having fits and lashing out about one month in, and now that she’s switched daycares and in a much safer, pleasant environment, it is unequivocally evident she was feeling threatened and unheard at this daycare. From strict uniform policies, to strict attendance/tardiness policies and entirely too rigid of structure/approach, this school is only for children who are “scared straight” and never show an emotion. I even took her to a behavioral therapist, and they even said she was not the problem, that environment was. Beware, find care elsewhere.
