What assistance? I see 5 star reviews from years ago. I put my name on their list months ago. Only to receive one call back saying they are returning my call only to ask if I still need assistance, only to be told okay someone will call you, then I get another call back a month later stating they are returning my call, do I still need assistance? Again I say yes, she says okay I'm just returning calls, hunh?? I told her forget it, it's too much, returning your call, but?? Ugh. Anyway they'd only want the blood-type of your dead parent, the original birth certificate from the original hospital, your Great, Great Grandmother's last meal! Too much bullshit.
Very helpful glad we have them to come to when we are in desperate in need of help being a single parent and disabled gets really hard at times
