Middletown Preschool

We have been going to TLE since our daughter was 9 months old, she’s almost 2 now! We have loved all of her teachers so much! Currently she’s with Ms. Julianna and we love her so much and really love how great of a teacher and person she is. She cares so much for our daughter and always listens to us and also gives us advice if we ask for tips. We have loved her experience because she genuinely looks so happy in all the pictures we get through the day and can tell she’s learned so much too. Also shout out to Mr. Eduardo and Ms. Anisa they are always willing to listen to us about any questions we may have and care about our daughters well being and development.

Our two-year old daughter started to go to TLE approximately one year ago, and I am very happy about that choice. She is now in Twaddler A. She had wonderful teachers! She had Miss Juliana ("Nana") as her teacher since the beginning, even when transitioning classrooms, which is wonderful! She is very attentive, caring, dedicated and our daughter is learning a lot! Our daughter loves her and she calls "Nanaaa!" as soon as we are ready to leave the house in the morning! The admin, Mr. Eduardo and Miss Anisa are always available to discuss issues or promtly communicate with us as well. We are always very informed about the program and any development or situation. We love it!

Our son has been at TLE Middletown since he was almost 5 months old, and we absolutely love it! He is now in Toddler B and Miss Ana is amazing - so sweet and engaged with the kids and always with such a great attitude. Up front, Miss Anisa and Mr Eduardo do a fantastic job! We feel so happy and welcomed the minute we walk in the door, and we love to get all the updates and photos that show us how well our son is doing during the day. We would absolutely recommend TLE Middletown to anyone looking for quality childcare!

We attended Learning Experience in Middletown for almost two years. While it started out great, the last few months showed a major decline. Staff turnover was extremely high, far beyond what we’ve seen at other centers. Leadership issues were obvious, and staff morale was very low. The final straw was when our son was injured at school (bloody nose and facial bruising) and we were never notified by the Director, Eduardo who was on site. There was no incident report available at pickup, and we only learned about the injury ourselves. An incident report was emailed two days later, after we raised concerns. We were not upset about the injury itself — accidents happen. The issue was the lack of communication, documentation, and accountability. We pulled our twins out the very next day. We have since reported the school to the state over classroom ratio concerns. We are happy to speak privately with parents and share images of our son to those who are considering this daycare center and would like more information. ***Lastly please be mindful of all the positive reviews - the Director, Eduardo runs “contests” throughout the year around certain holidays begging for positive reviews and forces the teachers to ask parents***

My toddler has been under the care of Ms. Julianna and team, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of attention, patience, and love she provides. She is truly excellent at what she does. Every day, she keeps us updated on how our daughter is doing -from meals and naps to activities and small milestones - which gives us so much peace of mind. Julianna treats our child with such kindness and care, and it really shows in how comfortable and happy our little one is with her. We feel extremely lucky to have her as our daycare provider, and we truly appreciate everything she does. Thank you.
