What Parents Say
This facility has received consistently high ratings (all 5/5 stars). However, the reviews appear to be for a YMCA fitness center, not a daycare. Reviews praise the exercise equipment, classes, and staff, but do not address childcare services.
This is an excellent facility with ample cardio equipment and weights, both machines and free weights. The faciltty is kept very clean.
Super place to exercise. Great variety of classes. Awesome instructors. Good assortment of cardio machines. Place is always very clean. Making friends. Love this place!
It is a great place to exercise and great people too.
Staff is excellent and willing to help you any way possible. They walk you through the whole process step by step and will answer any question. They made me feel like they were the right choice for me I don't need a fitness trainer or extras like a spa or massage. I mainly just want a clean polite environment where I can work out and feel comfortable doing so.
The basketball courts really fun to play in. If you create an account on the treadmills, you can play with different exercises they have available for you. Some categories include intervals, aerobic, lose weight, etc. You can set the duration too. They also adjust your incline and speed based on your heart race and general pace. Those treadmills are so advanced and really fun to exercise on. You can adjust the speed and incline at any time. They also have machines to build strength in your legs and arms! The staff is also friendly and very calm. All in all, a peaceful place to go, and do what you need to do for your body. :)
