we’ve been with microchips since my daughter was 8 months she’s now 13 months and still attending. we absolutely love them and their staff!! they treat the kids here so well just all around an amazing daycare for your child. we’ve had no issues with anybody here. if you’re looking for somewhere trustworthy and safe for your child i 10000/100 recommend here!!
The director and staff are amazing. They love each child as if they were their own. I love the photos I get, and more importantly I love that my child wants to go to daycare everyday. When we pick her up, she doesn't want to leave. Also, if you're reading the older reviews remember that staff and directors change over time. So their experience will -not- be yours. My daughter has been going there for almost two years, and its been amazing.
My children went here until we moved 1 hour away in July 2022. I was being billed after we stopped attending. After contacting site director numerous times, called corporate directed back to contacting site director, she told me multiple times that it was being taken care of, now June 2023 I have the same bill sent out to a collection agency…. Affecting my credit score, AGAIN after being assured it was “taken care of” numerous times by director Jamie Sheets. If the owner could contact me that would be great.
Love Microchips!! They have helped my baby excel quicker than I ever thought. She has Ms. Leann, Ms. Stacy, & Ms. Deni. She's 2 and know how to count to 10 knows her ABC's and knows 10 colors and it's all thanks to the amazing teachers at her center. I love the updates and pics I get through the day. Seeing her have fun helps me get through my day at work. Even Ms. Jamie, Kristie and Emily play with her and you can tell they all love the kids like they're their own and it's so comforting. Couldn't ask for a better village to help me raise my daughter to be the best she can be.
For more than a year now I have been voicing my concerns over a child. My daughter has been hurt on so many different occasions, including a time she was kicked so hard in her stomach she threw up numerous times after. I've watched my daughter and MANY other kids be abused by the same child over and over. I've spoken with Jamie on too many occasions. I've called corporate more than 5 times. I've called Family and Social Services. Nothing is being done. Today I watched my child get hurt AGAIN, by yet the same child. I spoke with Jamie again and asked what she planned to do, her response with a slight giggle "Nothing"! Then she preceded to say "I don't think this is the right facility for you." Wow. Such unprofessionalism. My child shouldn't be the one punished my child loves to go see her teacher and her friends. She loves to play and learn. Why aren't the rules being followed by the director? I know Kindercare has rules and policies on a child that can't stop hurting other kids. My child is hurt at least a couple days a week and I'm not getting any notifications whatsoever about it. Just what my daughter tells me happens. In my personal and professional opinion Jamie needs to be let go. Let one of the good teachers in this place show what a real director can be.
