Mickey Academy

My daughter started at Mickey Academy a few months before she turned one, and the growth we have seen since then has been remarkable. She truly thrived in the infant class and developed a strong bond with her teacher, Ms. Izzy. When my daughter took her first steps, Ms. Izzy was just as excited as we were and immediately shared videos and updates with us. The care, attention, and learning in the infant class laid a strong foundation for her development. After transitioning to the toddler class, the experience continued to be exceptional. The teachers are attentive, patient, and engaging. My daughter is always excited at drop-off and eagerly runs into the classroom, which speaks volumes about the environment. Since joining the toddler class, her language skills have expanded significantly, she uses many words, follows simple instructions, enjoys books, and sings along to early learning songs. I am truly grateful to Mickey Academy and all of the teachers. Each staff member has played a meaningful role in my daughter’s growth and development, and it shows in the confident, curious toddler she is today.

Both of my sons have attended Mickey Academy for the past five years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and education they’ve received. Their teachers, Ms Jackie, Ms Gabby, Ms Melanie, Ms Olga have been absolutely incredible—nurturing, attentive, and dedicated to their development. Ms Lora has always been present and attentive to the daycare! The program is thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of learning and fun through a wide variety of engaging activities. My younger son is now starting pre-K, and I feel confident that he is more than prepared, thanks to the foundation built at Mickey Academy. The facility also includes a safe, gated outdoor yard where the children can play and enjoy time with their friends. As a parent, I also appreciate the use of Brightwheel, which allows me to receive daily updates and photos of my children. I highly recommend Mickey Academy to any family looking for a safe, enriching, and well-rounded early childhood education experience.

We have been a part of this amazing daycare family since our child was just one year old, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The small class sizes are fantastic, allowing for personalized attention and a strong sense of community. The staff is incredible, and we've been consistently impressed with the wide variety of activities they plan, especially around the holidays. The outdoor space is another huge plus. The children love playing on the small patio area, and the fact that they're so close to the playground next to the Allwood Library is a wonderful bonus. It's clear how much the teachers care about the children's development and well-being. We highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment for their little one!

We started over a year ago in the baby room for one kid, and started with the toddler room and have graduated to the pre-k room for the older one. So grateful for all the teachers that care for our children every day. They truly love them and provide excellent structure appropriate for their development level. My kids happily walk in and out every single day. They are always communicative about anything going on in class, and have unique activities that the kids truly enjoy. I can tell immediately when they have learned something new in class and I know they are in good hands all day while we are at work. Their development has skyrocketed, they have best friends, and they spend lots of time outside whenever the weather is good. I truly recommend Mickey Academy to every parent I meet! The most affordable and best physical classroom and outdoor environment in the area!

The amount of stress this daycare pit me through is crazy. If you have a baby or toddler less than 2 years old please please think twice before leaving you kids here. They gave my 18 month old spoiled milk after i kept complaining about they leaving the bottles outside the fridge. Then they made excuses. I took my child to the Er with a diagnosis food poisoning. Please be aware . The girls that take care of the babies look like teens themselves. On a side note- thank Jackie for your assistance.
