Miami Dade Parks, Recreation And Open Spaces- Tamiami Park

Growing up in ( Richmond Heights, Fla.) the Richmond Park was our hang out spot. This past weekend I celebrated a milestone Birthday with my family. And, spent time with my niece and nephew at the park. The park as been renamed. The vibe is the same as I remembered. Kudos to the Miami- Dade Parks. -Dr. Thomas, ThD.

I had a magnificent experience in Crandon Park yesterday, and wanted to share my story. We were relaxing on the beach, when a friendly employee named Ethan, informed us that he could bring us fresh food and libations, from Open Seas Cafe. Ethan patiently reviewed the many items available, and took our order. In less than 10 minutes, our scrumptious conch fritters, fish tacos, and pork tacos, were brought to us, right on the beach! We then walked to the water, and this amazing worker, brought our drinks to the sandbar! The food was exquisite, and the service was stellar. Ethan kept checking on us, and offering to refill our drinks when needed. We are Miami residents, but honestly felt like we were on vacation. What a glorious day we had, and we owe it all to Crandon Park, Open Seas Cafe, and Ethan. We can’t wait to return to the best spot in Key Biscayne, with the finest service!

I just moved back from Spain and spent the weekend at Crandon Park with my best friend to celebrate my return. It was a busy day at the beach, but Jorge went above and beyond to take care of us during our little welcome home gathering. He was incredibly kind and made the whole day feel even more special.
