This place is a mess. The center is dirty, there are not enough toys for the children to play, which causes them to fight. There is never enough food for the children, who ask for seconds and the staff have no idea about age appropriate planning or instruction. They have multiple state violations each time they are inspected and this place should be shut down. This is the same owner of the center that spilled Drano in a baby's diaper year ago in McKees Rocks. The owner changed the name and reopened the center without proper training or sufficient staffing. Awful center.
My daughter has been going here for a few months now and she has never been outside of the family so I was extremely nervous however I honestly don’t have any complaints. The teachers are very nice, the daycare director is extremely nice as well. I wanted to leave a review because that one star doesn’t seem like it fits, and I am a person that goes off of reviews before jumping in, in this case I didn’t have a lot of options that was accepting my daughter age at the time but I’m glad I still proceed to let my child attend she comes home happy and learning knew things. I ask her everyday how her day was and if she had a good day and she says she loves it. Today I did not take her to the daycare because of this ugly snow storm and I told her no school today and her responds was “ no school? No I wanna go” so it makes me feel good that she wants to go. That’s all I wanted to say 😊
I would have rated this location a one star due to my interaction with a worker there she was very hostile aggressive and disrespectful while on clock in front of children however most places would back a irrate worker up I filmed me and this worker whole interaction and when I went to the director about it they instantly flew into righting the issue they acknowledged the behavior as inappropriate and involved me in the accountability process the whole time I love how it was handled and I know that my son is safe there and that when a worker is out of line they will be held accountable and that’s very important for parents and workers to know that no matter a parent or a worker wrong is wrong and there will be consequences and that’s good to teach kids so ultimately my experience with that worker was a zero star but the outcome and the urge to right that workers wrong was honestly a 8 star in my opinion. So thank you missy for seeing this process through and bringing this to who you needed to to get it resolved.
