Many kids in methuen love to play basketball but this y is not being used like it should, its more like a daycare.
Have had a relationship with the staff here for many years - they have watched my daughter grow up. Frances is exceptional with the upper school kids. I have no idea how she does it! She has made a huge impact on my kiddos life and been there for her through it! Love this location and will always have a fondness in my heart!
Very caring teachers, our kids learned SO much and felt very safe every day. The staff did a great job working with our kids' needs, they all grew so much in daycare/ pre-K at the Methuen Y. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough for early childhood care!
The care and teachers there are extremely nice. My kids love it there. I gave 3/5 because of the bad customer service from the financial department, otherwise it would’ve been 5/5. If you get any financial help and have to deal with Ashley Francis prepare to be judged and prepare yourself for a hard time because her attitude and people skills are the worse I’ve ever encountered. She belittles people and seems to do everything possible to screw you over instead of helping. Just the other day I went by her office and overheard yet another parent she was giving a hard time to. Both my neighbor and cousin have had the same negative experience with her. Let’s just say that during our first encounter she dared to mention that “she’s a ‘straight up’ person and says things how it is”, I personally feel like that’s EXTREMELY unprofessional, especially for the title she holds.
Went there to donate blood. Gym was very cold.
