This program is truly amazing! From the staff to the what they teach the kids. I’ve had the pleasure of having firsthand interaction with all the teachers since my kids have moved through all the classes as they grow, and every teacher truly loves and pours so much knowledge into them! The program might be a long way to get it, but I promise it is worth the wait! All of the staff from the director to the teachers truly love and care for each child it’s such an amazing way! Forever, grateful to them for teaching my kids so much!
I signed up my daughter to attend this Head Start program back in January. The director asked me for documentation, and I submitted all the required paperwork. They told me my daughter was placed on the waiting list. One month before the school year started, I called to confirm and was told they couldn’t even find my daughter in their system. I had been waiting for her to start Head Start this year and now I don’t even have childcare because of their negligence. This program has been extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience—be cautious before signing up your child here.
I have a family member who attends there. The facility is very unprofessional and requires no real learning criteria for the children. The teachers are lovely but the management is an absolute joke. There is a child that is constantly harming my family member along with the other children. Hitting, biting, choking, pushing and the management just sends that child home and then forget what happened it’s outrageous. My family member should not be afraid to go school because another child is harming them. There is no reason for no real consequences ever. POINT .BLANK.PERIOD. My family doesn’t feel safe at school, cry’s everyday going to school and at home. This place is awful. 0/10 do not recommend sending your child here.
Never any spots for my kids but everyone who can afford daycare can get their kids in.
