My toddler went here last year in 2024, I don’t experience issues until he was in classroom 2, I would get incident reports almost everyday about him getting hurt by his classmates (injuries on his skin). One particular time at pickup time he had a very visible pinch, you could see the nail outline, and we (the parents) asked the teachers what had happened, and they said they didn’t know who had done it and they didn’t see anything. Well, the next day, we asked the same teacher again what had happened and she told us what she saw and who did it, she didn’t say any names but our concern was how she lied the first day saying she didn’t see anything at all. It got so bad I had to move my child to a different classroom with kids outside his age range. The only good people in this daycare that I felt actually cared about me and my child were Maria (teacher) & Sarai (receptionist). That is it, no one else cares. Classroom 2 has violent, out of control children and irresponsible teachers.
This is such an amazing place. The staff and teachers are wonderful and the program is one of a kind. My daughter has been attending for over a year now and the experience has been one of a kind! I am so thankful for how much she has learned and I am in awe of the progress we have seen since she joined. Kudos to the staff! Please keep doing what you doing. Special thank you to Sarai for always being available and for being the sweetest human being I have ever seen
Rude old women with really bad attitudes, especially one in particular. She’s lazy and can’t be bothered to do any work. Can’t imagine bringing my child here.
Crystal Fonseca is rude person. She needs to be fired what she posted on social media. I uploaded a photos of what your horrible employee wrote about someone and their wife who recently died. She needs to be fired. I would not want her around or teaching my kids.
HORRENDOUS. My 2 year old ended up with a DISLOCATED SHOULDER & ELBOW after being in the care of these people. NO EXPLANATION was given & they REFUSED my request to look at the cameras. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
