Merryhill School-Pocket

We are extremely happy with our experience at Merryhill Pocket. Our family was a bit anxious since English is not our first language, but the teachers have been very kind and attentive. Our son comes home every day saying, “I had so much fun!” All of the classroom teachers are wonderful, and Ms. Nana is especially amazing. She greets our son with a hug every morning, which makes us feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. Ms. Leah is very cheerful and energetic, and her way of engaging with the children is fantastic. Principal Ms. Amy is always busy, yet she handles everything sincerely and thoughtfully, and we are very grateful for her support.

Attending Merryhill Preschool in the Pocket area has been an amazing experience for my daughter, especially the last two years. She has grown so much and we love seeing how much she is learning. Huge thank you and much appreciation to her teachers, Ms. Rene and Ms. Kylee! Also huge thank you to Ms. Monique, my daughter’s favorite Zumba teacher! And a special thank you to Ms. Nana, who my daughter loves to see at school every day, always running to give her a big hug!

We love this school. I’m happy my daughter has a safe and fun place to learn while we work. The transition into the preschool environment was difficult as she missed us. We are so grateful to Ms Nana for helping her through that time. She was great when my daughter needed someone to comfort her. They developed a bond which continues to this day. We are so blessed to have found this school in our neighborhood

This year has been such a wonderful experience for our family. Ms. Nana has truly been an asset during drop offs, her warmth and caring personality make it so much easier for my little one to feel comfortable leaving my arms. Ms. Dusty and Ms. Lea have been amazing teachers, especially with supporting potty training at school and helping our child learn so many new things. We’re so grateful for the love and care they provide every day.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Merryhill Preschool Pocket! Our daughter started in the baby room and has since moved through the transition and toddler rooms, and every teacher along the way has been kind, caring, and attentive. We especially appreciate Ms. Juliana—her warm engagement with the kids and the way she incorporates Spanish into their daily routines is such a gift. The admin team is fantastic, always friendly and communicative. The school has a truly welcoming atmosphere with a great balance of play, learning, and fun. We feel so lucky to be part of this community!
