We’re so grateful for the incredible care and foundation our family has received at Children’s Playhouse. Our son attended for over two years, and the love, patience, and dedication from the teachers and staff truly made all the difference. From the very beginning, they made the transition smooth with constant updates, photos, and detailed lesson plans that kept us connected and reassured. They provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks each day, along with creative activities that celebrate milestones, holidays, and the changing seasons — making every week special and engaging for the kids. Now that our son is in public school for Pre-K 4, we can clearly see how well-prepared he is — he’s ahead of his class, confidently writing his name, recognizing colors, shapes, and more. It’s a true reflection of the strong, nurturing, and intentional learning environment this daycare provides. Every teacher is warm, professional, and caring, and the Director is the biggest ally for parents — always organized, communicative, supportive, and reliable. For two full-time working parents, having a place like this means everything. It really does take a village, and this daycare has been ours — a place we trust wholeheartedly, knowing children are in the most caring and capable hands. We feel so blessed to have been part of the Children’s Playhouse community. I cannot say enough good things about this center and all the staff. My oldest daughter has grown through all three rooms - infant, toddler, and preschool - and my youngest is currently in the baby room. Their teachers are absolutely wonderful at each level. It's hard leaving your children with someone else, but knowing they are so loved and well taken care of here definitely makes it easier. It also helps that they have great communication and share many updates throughout the day. Both my girls are thriving and have learned so much. Each day is packed with learning through play, and I am amazed by what they are able to do. This school will always be my first choice for childcare.

My son started coming to children’s playhouse when he was 2 years old. He had some difficulties with his speech and needed to catch up on a lot of developmental milestones for his age. He will now be turning 4 in January and I have seen improvement in so many areas. I really appreciate his teachers and staff for always keeping me updated. He loves his school and I can’t imagine having to send him anywhere else.

I am a first time mother and did a lot of research before deciding on the Children's Playhouse School. The first positive sign was that the director Miss Houry allowed me to visit the school in person after hours. She waited until all the kids left and showed me around the facility. Many of the other daycares would not allow me to come even after hours. The Infant Room where my daughter would be was very spacious with high ceiling and plenty of toys. I appreciated the roominess of the area and everything felt intimate and well cared for. My 3 month old started in Sept 2021 at the Playhouse and my experience has been wonderful. The teachers Miss Navita and Miss Jenny are loving and personable. They listen when I express concern and also offers advice if I am struggling with something. The teachers have also not been afraid to express concern if they notice something about my daughter that needs attention. Being a new mom often times I have no idea what I am doing. It is helpful when my attention is brought to a matter that could be concerning. For example, my baby has eczema. I did not realize the severity until the teachers at the Playhouse raised concern. They also have an app that you can sign up for called ProCare. The Playhouse will give you postings throughout the day of what your child is doing. This brings me such happiness in my workday to see my baby. Of course I am thinking about her at work, and it's so nice that they take the time to post pics of what she is doing. The director Miss Houry is there every day over seeing everything which says a lot about a school. Miss Houry is an exceptional director who really care about the children. Miss Tamara, the head teacher, is amazing!! Miss Tamara is super enthusiastic and is always as energetic as the kids. Overall I recommend the Children's Playhouse if you want a personable, loving, learning experience for your child.
