I go to Merrick House for Zumba classes on Monday and Wednesday each week; all ages! Brenda Johnstone is the instructor. It is so much fun and very invigorating! You get to know other people in the class. (Brenda makes me think I can dance. 👄💃)
They are very helpful, i will continue to support this company ,they have many resources to help the community.
Their mom's first program is the best in the city if you ask me
