Memorable Moments

I tried my best to keep good communication and a good relationship with this day care but it didn't work out. My son usually loves everywhere he goes but he had issues here. He informed me that it's "too crazy." I gave it some time thinking it could be adjustment. I'm inclined to believe my son now. They lied about the communication we had. Without too much detail, they really hurt my situation. Just like the other reviews stated, they did randomly end the day early on short notice. They attempted to make me feel irresponsible by not being ready on their random whim. It was my first time trying out childcare. My other baby's childcare program does not do this. When I attempted to communicate calmly they had undertones of accusations. They were emotionally reactive and unprofessional. I hate writing bad reviews. It's sad but I read other people's reviews and decided to be honest. Edit: They responded inquiring of my name. Kelly is my nickname. Everyone calls me it. Maybe they would know if they cared. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have had all three of my kids at Memorable Moments, currently my youngest daughter is 4 years old and has been there since she was 6 weeks old. The staff of MM is amazing. Your children will feel loved, heard, and safe while they are at MM. My daughter loves going to "school" each day and has made so many friends there. Her teachers have been fantastic and she is absolutely prepared for Kindergarten next year. She knows her letters, numbers, and even does addition in her own!

My grandkids have gone to Memorable Moments for the past 11 years and after they became school age they attended after school and during the summer months. The staff is fantastic, truly cares about the kids. The director and assistant director are amazing women who love their job, the staff and all the kids. I would highly recommend this childcare center for anyone who wants their children to truly have great care and kind loving teachers in their lives. Thank you Memorable Moments for all you do!

Our experience at this facility was more than disappointing. In general, you can expect the daycare to close early multiple times a month with short notice. They’ll send a notice the morning of, through an app they use letting you know that they don’t have enough staff and must close by 3pm. This happened at least 10 times in the three months my daughter attended. No exaggeration. They also messaged me on multiple occasions that I needed to go pick my daughter up because they simply couldn’t handle her. Nobody would listen to my concerns on another child picking on my daughter. That same child would run up to ME to tattle on my daughter, regularly, so I am inclined to believe my toddler; this child’s mother is also on their staff so you can expect the child to bully with no consequences. My child also came home with marker on her face (3 different colors) no report, she was bitten, no report & no details. The director said “I’m not sure because I wasn’t there”. Then I received a message that my 5 year old said she didn’t want to be there and said I didn’t want her there. So I needed to pick her up immediately and not bring her back. They terminated my contract by doing business with my toddler. Also expect extra charges for days not attended due to holiday. Horribly ran business.

Memorable Moments is the most amazing daycare. The staff is fantastic! My daughter was there for almost a year till she started school! She learned so much in the time she was there it was amazing. My son still goes and he comes home everyday very happy. I always get reports for daily activities and stuff my son did for the day. It’s awesome being apart of his day while having to work. I recommend Menorable Moments to anyone who asks me about child care! If they have a waiting list put you name up there cause memorable moments it defiantly worth the wait!
