Meadowlark is the sweetest and most tender little school. It's not your typical daycare with a new collection of rotating staff every few weeks. The staff has been the same for years and years. They are teachers who are deeply committed to the wellbeing of your kid. The school is charming and old fashioned. Wooden blocks, old desks- an envelope to drop your tuition. It's a little time capsule, without much change or fanfare since it first opened its doors over 50 years ago. Our daughter loves her little school. We are happy and grateful we have the folks at Meadowlark caring for her, nurturing her, and helping us raise her.
My two kids have gone to Meadowlark - one since she was 2.9 years old. They've been well-loved and well cared for by every teacher. Every day play is the #1 priority, with extra attention paid to fostering kindness and community. Their 4- and 5-year-olds room is full of self-paced learning opportunities and chances to push the envelope with letters and numbers. If I could do it again, I'd send my kids to Meadowlark without hesitation.
