I went for the CPR/AED training. I learned so much from the UT instructors. All of the Y's staff was polite, resourceful and friendly. Also, everything from the parking lot to the exercise machines to the bathrooms were free clean.
I have been going here since the beginning of this year to play pickleball. They have time allotted to non competitive playing which is very nice as compared to another ymca nearby. The staff is helpful and made us all feel welcome every time we went in. I think they could use more treadmills but the gym is out of space it seems.
Came in Monday at 2pm and this is the grossest ymca I have ever been to! It is filthy, old, smells and has weird architecture. I will NEVER come back here!! Pathetic honestly - do not come here.
I've just joined and it's perfect. Staff are down to earth and excellent and the facilities are great. Everything is close. The pool is just outside and the weights rooms are very close. It's an efficient place and neighborly. I hope it thrives and stays integral to the area.
Very involved and very community driven. So grateful to be near a branch that cares about the community. Several events to give back to the children and families in Houston. Also, the staff outside of the events are very helpful and respectful. I’m so glad to have found this branch and grateful for everything they do.
