It’s my first time having a membership and I went in today for the first time to get familiar with the location and show my nephew around. I have the family membership which includes 2 adults and 4 kids. Upon arrival I asked the front desk man how do I go about dropping off my children in the kids zone (ages 2&8) and he was kind enough to go ask the staff in the kids zone. She adamantly told him 2-3 time that they must be listed in the membership & that we have to fill out the application. While we started filling out the applications she comes out again to ask us personally if they are on our membership we responded yes. Then as another front desk staff member came into the facility she came out once again and told them to make sure my children are on the membership. At that point I felt like my children were unwelcomed to the facility and I didn’t feel comfortable dropping them off. And I let the front desk know how unprofessional that was from the lady in the kids zone. Very horrible first impression and disappointing because my 2 year old daughter was so excited to go and play. I have an upcoming party rental next month and I’m hoping it’s a way better experience than today. So far, the front desk team has been very kind and helpful.

So far I like this YMCA. It's a really nice diverse facility with friendly staff and a really nice locker room for women. The only negative thing I have to say is the temperature of the pool was freezing. There's no way it should be that cold, in the evening, as it's still winter time. This is the only location I've been to so far with a freezing cold pool. I could barely swim laps because I had goosebumps from being so cold. Please warm it up a bit. 🙏🏽

I enjoy the programs they have and how well mainted the pool is, I wish they had more equipment but overall everything is great. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

This place sucks hard. They CONSTANTLY schedule impromptu pool closures and special events that prevent paying members from using it, without adhering to their own aquatics schedule. They claim to email updates and notifications, but if you have a couples account, good luck ever getting them on 2 different email addresses. Today an individual was sleeping lengthwise on a locker room bench and the staff stared blankly at me when I complained and proceeded to do nothing about it. Shitty organization with shitty hours and management.

It has been a slow but steady decline since I joined 2 years ago. The locker room is atrocious, so much so that I’d rather brave a chilly morning in my shorts than have to change inside; it smells like mold and is always absurdly wet everywhere. The equipment is constantly down, especially the cardio (Pelotons and Treadmills). Wouldn’t be as bad if you could hop in a fitness room and get a workout in, but they are constantly double booking them for classes, and the instructors are some of the rudest folks you’ll encounter at the gym; they’ll come in 20 minutes before their class to clear the room like you aren’t paying $70 a month to be there, then snap on you if you come in for any of the equipment that is hoarded in the room, even though it’s just two people and an instructor. The gym space itself is constantly covered in dustballs and hair, sticky patches all over the floor, and the meager fixing they give you to wipe down the equipment (cheap paper towels and always broken spray bottles) doesn’t do a great job on the taped up pads on almost everything. In short, I feel like I’m working out in my uncle’s garage gym rather than a place I’d pay $70 a month to be at.
