This is hands down the BEST daycare! Since day 1, my child has had the best care and the employees treat my child like family. The establishment is very professional, clean, and the employees conduct themselves in a professional manner. The security is top notch and that’s so important. The communication is untouched…meaning there is no grey area. Mrs. Carmen does a great job by keeping us (parents) updated daily! I wouldn’t place my child anywhere else!! It’s MLC for me and my family!!
Leadership doesn't have a customer first mentality. The director looks to create issues instead of flexing to support the needs of the parents. The center closes at any inconvenience and runs banker holidays. Many people will have to seek child care needs for these holidays.
Ms Carmen is very unprofessional in the way she treats parents and her employees. I would highly suggest not sending your kids to this learning center she is very rude and disrespectful. I think this business deserves way less then one star.
This is a horrible establishment for the children, Ms Carmen is extremely narcissistic and a gas lighter she is a horrible boss and treats her employees horribly
