While some long-term parents praise staff bonds and teacher quality, numerous recent reviews cite billing disputes, safety concerns, staff conduct issues, and operational failures including missed pickups and inadequate supervision.
If you want to be CHARGED for weeks your child will NOT be attending along with field trips your child will NOT be attending then this is the place for you! I have never been to a childcare facility where they will charge for field trips not attending and days/ weeks unattended They are not taking into consideration as to whether the parent can even afford it, but as the director stated "it doesn't matter". They really need a better director Be sure to read agreenment carefully, Below is a Part of the agreenment/ highway robbery. "It is important as child care givers to maintain a secure and stable environment for your child. This becomes an impossible task WHEN SOME PARENTS FEEL THEY SHOULD NOT PAY TUITION WHEN THEIR CHILD IS ABSENT FROM SCHOOL OR AN ILLNESS."
This place needs to hire a better Director. Miss Lydia does not know how to run this daycare. She is very childish also make sure you write the names on your children's clothing they have "lost" over 30$ worth of clothing and my kids come home with other children's clothes
The daycare itself has issue's. They the director kid's running around hitting kid's. They are never in ratio. Teacher are getting in trouble because they never have the stufc needed to do the curriculum. The co owner is all about her self to worry about the kid's, my 2 year was coming home with rashes and my 9 year old was getting bullied. My suggestion is this place need to be shut down. Do not go please for your kid's safety.
I don’t go here so I cannot speak from experience about the actual facility but I was in the parking lot when I heard one of the employees yelling. I looked over just in time to see them yell at kids in the van to “sit down and shut up” and slam the door. If she’s yelling out in public I’m almost nervous to know what happens when no one is watching.
My kids don’t go here but I was very impressed with the group of kids (all seemed 7 and under) and Carissa and Susan out at the movies on a summer trip. The ladies were very good with the kids and the kids were all very well behaved.
