Maxines Daycare INC

I really wish I could give them a negative number. My granddaughter was enrolled by the Directors granddaughter & was told that my granddaughter was low level autistic/ very hyper active. Her mom paid the deposit & she started the following week. The 1st day the director called my granddaughter mom & said I can't deal with your child, I don't have patience & I don't work with autistic children after her being there 3hrs. Apparently my granddaughter was running around & not doing as she said. They kicked her out without returning the deposit because they said she signed a contract. However, they enrolled her on false pretense if the Director is impatient & doesn't deal with special needs children, why enroll in the 1st place. I will be taking further action. Be careful of utilizing this daycare at all, they are frauds & my granddaughter left saying she was scared.

Maxine’s daycare is the most unprofessional and rude daycare I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend anyone taking their child there, because after they received our money, they decided not to except my nephew, because of an assumption they made, and didn’t want to admit they’re wrong doing. Then they hide behind their contract and their phone unwilling to talk about the situation or return our deposit. Be very careful when dealing with them. 8/20/23 Maxine Day Care, thanks for quick response. (My original post was 3 months ago). This is the unprofessional service I was discussing in my first post. Your response just reinforce my position that your organization hide behind your contract and don’t try to resolve any issues, especially when your staff is the cause of the conflict. Your contract don’t hold your organization responsible for any actions that occur and unfortunately my nephew and niece are the ones to suffer. Like I said before, beware of doing business with this daycare, because if you question their actions, their contract allow them to cancel your child’s enrollment and take your money, before your child even start. Poor customer service and rude staff.

I’m a first time mom and I was so nervous about putting my son King into daycare, but I am so happy with the decision I made with taking him to Maxine’s Daycare! Everyone there is so nice, and you can see that they love what they do. King has progressed a lot since being there! Miss Alexis was very helpful to me with the process of getting my son into their daycare, and my son ADORES his teacher, Miss Alicia!

This is my first time going in his building today and when I tell you, customer service was at a ZERO! I only went if to drop off someone and was treated that way! It’s not what you say it’s how you say it! Me personally, I would not let my child be around somebody like that she (owner) was rude. Didn’t say good morning just start running off at the mouth being smart. Just imagine how she talk to the kids who can’t defend themselves. With that attitude you don’t deserve to work with kids! And I advise you all watch and pay close attention to you children and HEAR THEM OUT!!

Maxine’s daycare has gone above and beyond for our son Warner! He has progressed so much since attending. One of my favorite aspects of this daycare is the fact that they care and love on Warner just as much as me and mom. I’m happy to send him there and I know that I don’t have to worry about his development or needs he is always taken care of! Thank you for everything you guys do for our son!
