DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I have a breastfed infant who was fed only 3oz in a day an no one seemed to have any answers why that was. They accused me of cursing them out and violating the parent code of conduct (which never happened despite the egregious misstep) and released my child from the day care. They have no accountability in this place and the focus is not the well being of the children. Erika Murray is extremely rude and curt and lacks the empathy and professionalism that is required to run a child center.

Absolutely terrible experience! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I spent two months trying to enroll my daughter, they only have one person over that and she is a very evil women. (Erica Murray) communication was horrible and she takes no accountability for it. I sat in urgent care for hours to get the Covid/flu/rsv that they require which traumatized my 1yo, just for her to push my daughters start date back with out giving me a reason. I called, emailed constantly with no help so I went up to the office to try and get some clarification. Never once was I rude! This women(Erica) walked directly pass me as if I wasn’t standing there and advised her staff to have me leave a message like I was not standing right there and had been leaving messages for weeks!! I feel bad for her staff they were all so nice and had to keep apologizing for how unprofessional she is. Erica also refused to give me my daughter’s paper work so I could find her another day care to attend. I’ve been told this behavior is normal for her something needs to be done she is dragging this place reputation to hell.

Our daughter started attending FWS when she was 10 months. She's now 4y/o. The staff here have been absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to serve, love and academically challenge her. She is always looking forward to going to school and sharing what she's learned when she comes home. We love and so appreciate Ms. Regina, Ms. Karen, all the teachers and all that Ms. Erika does to keep this program running.

The Summer Enrichment program is not as advertised. During the orientation meeting the staff spoke about keeping the kids active and learning during summer. Children did not go on field trips as promised on 3 occasions. During the day there was no enrichment going on. Kids played freely in the gym majority of the day, played heads up 7 up and colored. It was more of a babysitting program than enrichment program. My daughter did come home with new tik tok dances though smh.
