This center plays too many games for me! Had me on the run around for months (4 months) then when I finally get frustrated with their shenanigans they informed me that my baby's spot went to another family (less than 12 hours) after speaking with them! I DONE MADE A DOCTORS APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MORE INFORMATION FILLED OUT FOR THEM AND EVERYTHING! I never been so upset with a center in my entire life!!! They don't know what type of frustrations they have put me through and why I really needed this opportunity 💯 I am so disappointed I can't even think straight 💔

Me and my kid has a good relationship with matrix. She went the for 3 years and helped her prep for kindergarten wheres she's thriving.

Hey don’t have patience for parents and child that has special needs Mrs Jackson don’t have encouraging words for children that’s are in process of getting evaluated Ms Carmen the principal don’t care about nothing but the traffic and cars outside and tell the parents anything they want to hear 👂 so they can leave and not bother her I wouldn’t recommend parents to bring they kids here they are always short staff no teachers stay go long they didn’t do right by my son who has Autism and I will never forget it .
