Marin Formative Christian Preschool

We have been attending Marin Formative since my daughter was three, and we have absolutely loved our experience! The teachers and staff are incredibly warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children. The environment feels safe, supportive, and above all joyful, and my daughter has truly thrived here. One of the things we appreciate most is the schedule flexibility with options for early and aftercare, which has been very accommodating for our family. Marin Formative feels nostalgic in the best way — like how preschools used to be: play-based, intimate, and deeply invested in helping shape the next generation. The location is also very convenient, with easy access right off the 101. We truly can’t say enough good things about Marin Formative and feel so grateful to be part of this community.

Marin Formative is a hidden gem. I actually went to this school as a kid and was surprised to learn it's still here since it doesn't get talked about as much as other local preschools seem to be. The campus is clean and full of flowers. The teachers, especially Mrs. Mayra are amazing. Since attending, I've seen a huge improvement in social-emotional skills. Mrs. Mayra commands the class but with genuine care for each child. My daughter loves this school. I also feel compelled to share the Christian aspect is quite light.

This has been the best preschool for our son! Before joining Marin Formative, separation anxiety was a big issue and our son wasn’t happy at school. Once we moved to this school, our son hasn’t cried once and he LOVES his new school. Ms. Lonnie and Ms. Laura are the sweetest and come up with the best activities for the kids. I’ve never seen him complete so much artwork! Just amazing. He feels right at home. You also get updates during the day with pictures and videos which is really fun to see. Highly recommend this preschool — we are so happy we found it!

We have had 2 daughters at MFCP over the course of 5 years. Both have shared the same warm, loving experience with kind teachers in bright, inviting classrooms. The school is lovely- with plenty of dedicated outdoor space for each class, blooming gardens, and enrichment opportunities such as gymnastics bus, Amazing athletes etc. Through their years there, they have become very socially capable, and have established clear daily routines thanks to their experienced teachers. We are so glad we found this nurturing space for our girls!
