My daughter’s second week there I picked her up and when I got home and took her out of the car there was what seems like a pinch mark on her ear. It was a straight pink/red line and very swollen. The pictures don’t show exactly how bad it was. That night the tip of her ear turned purple. She will be 2 in December and this was her first time being in daycare since she started walking. I have never seen a bruise on her like this before. I asked both of her teachers and they knew nothing about it. I spoke to the director and she was very rude and condescending, “watching the cameras back would be like watching paint dry”, “this business is my livelihood”, “kids hurt themselves all of the time” “I need a ‘specific’ time to view the cameras”. There was 0 effort to figure out what happened and 0 effort to reconcile when I asked her for a refund for the time my daughter was there and the week I paid for ahead. I would not recommend this facility, if anything happens to your child the director will only think about her business and her livelihood. Imagine what else the director is allowing or hiding to protect her business. Unethical.

I absolutely love this daycare! The ladies there are so good with the kids there. They are truly baby whisperers! They give me updates everyday on how they did that day when I pick my kids up. I was a bit worried about choosing a daycare and I went and looked at many daycares before choosing this one and so far I have been very impressed!

This is a very good daycare would highly recommend bringing your child here if you live in the Burke County area. Very nice teachers and your kids will come home knowing more than they left with.

The owners are wonderful people that take pride in their service. They not only make sure your child/children are comfortable, but also that you the parents are also.
