I’m incredibly thankful for this church community. The wide variety of ages, the women’s ministry, and the kid’s ministry are great, just to name a few things. The elder board leads with humility and integrity. Pastor Jamie is very gifted at expository preaching and has a true passion for Jesus and His Word. What a treasure it is to be part of a church that’s deeply rooted in scripture, and also open to the moving of God’s Spirit.
This church has an amazing kids program, a great pastor, and a band that truly adds to the experience. Jamie always preaches with genuine passion, and you can tell it flows through the Holy Spirit. It is refreshing to finally find a church that does not feel like a TED Talk and actually roots everything back to God and Jesus. What really stands out is the community and the teaching. They actually teach the Bible from front to back. As a church, we are reading through the entire Bible together from Genesis to Revelation, and it is the first time I have ever read the whole Bible. Doing it together has been incredibly encouraging. If you are looking for a church that is rooted in Scripture and led by the Holy Spirit, this is it.
I started attending services earlier this year with a close friend and attended a session of Rooted classes. I haven’t been to church in over 10 years and never really found a place I felt I belonged as an adult until now. From my first visit I felt the Lord’s presence! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Jamie Moore, the lead pastor, delivers his messages with passion, enthusiasm, and wisdom. For the first time in my life I feel closer to God and I’m beginning to understand the scriptures through Jamie’s explanations. I am so blessed to have found Mariemont Church!
Friendly, family-warmth kind of place that's more than skin deep. This community is passionate about teaching and living the Bible, and the staff, including Jamie the main pastor, are earnest, learned, and faithful to Biblical Christianity in their approach and relationships. Big reco!
I love this church. It's a warm, biblically based community where you can be authentic and open. There are people from across the spectrum as far as their faith walk and life story.
