For anyone seeking assistance, please do not waste your energy and time with this “resource”. There seems to be lack of organization leading to stress and false hopes. This isn’t so alarming considering the efforts I made to even ask for a status and follow up being weeks after initial email check in. More often they will lose documents, leading to more delay, would rather deny hard working productive members of society who are in a bind, embarrass the applicant, and then brush their hands off like it was just the job. Huge dumpster fire!
