My son was attending this school for services for 2 months September 2025- November 2025 and the lack of communication from this school is very unprofessional. School staff load children on & off the buses late for their services despite if the bus is on time. Also the school has been rough when changing my son during bathroom breaks. I notice my son is more irritated during bath time with his parents at home now since attending this school. Also once I decided to remove my son from this program they sent back only half of his items along with items that doesn’t not belong to him including diaper rash cream. I believe this cream was used on my son during bathroom breaks without my permission or approval. I was actually very Unaware of any ointments being applied to my son’s skin because I don’t purchase any brand due to my son having very sensitive skin. When contacting the school I got sent to voicemail with no return call or message. I have made reports also to 311 about my son’s school. They also have not be feeding my son at school despite the fact that all parents are required to send Lunch to ensure they eat because children on the spectrum have a hard time with their appetite. This is school claims to have compassion for Autistic children however they have lack of communication and time Managment for the children to start services are unprofessional. However there is one lady who is amazing and always helps the parents and that is Ms. Angelica. Anytime I had a concern about my son she would assist. Besides her the rest of the staff come off fake with very little empathy for both parents and children.

My son recently graduated from here after attending for almost a year.He received Speech, OT and ABA. Before attending here my son was very shy and non verbal. By the time he graduated he was speaking and socializing. All the staff here are very friendly and attentive to the children. I love that they have open communication along with constant progress reports. You would be placing your child in great hands by enrolling them here!

My son had an appointment today, I am glad for the evaluator who had did observation for my child. She was so polite, respectful, very resourceful and definitely made it clear after the evaluation that my son has full Autism. I have been waiting a year + to get my son ABA Services and the previous EI(Early Intervention) was only stating global delays when I knew as a mother it was much more than Global Development. My son goes to Bellevue hospital where he was also born and that is where he originally was diagnosed through them with the neurologist and developmental pediatrician. They stated first hand from all the signs and symptoms my son displayed was Autism Spectrum Disorder. However Early intervention must also be next in line to give a diagnostic because as it was told a few times that it is through NYC policy that EI will have to have the child see a physiological Eval for him to have a diagnose from early intervention. I'm just relieved to know I have the right people under this early intervention this time around and finally put through his diagnosis so he can begin receiving ABA therapy. It's long overdue. I'm ready for him to get all the help with his sensory etc. God helped me this far and he is continuing to help me get as much help for my child. I am thankful!
