Maples Little Angels is a senior care and rehabilitation facility (not a traditional daycare) in Wrentham, MA with mostly positive reviews praising staff compassion and attentiveness. My wife was there first for short term rehab. Unrelated to the facility, she went into renal failure and CHF. She remained there with hospice care. The staff, throughout all.this, was attentive, caring, compassionate and professional. They were a blessing to us. In addition, the facility is spotless and well maintained.
I have had my Mom here 2 times in the past. She is now there on her third stay. I feel the overall care has gone completely down hill from prior visits. I previously would have recommended this facility but I now would not suggest sending your loved one here.
My father is there in the temporary rehabilitation wing and the staff there is wonderful. They are all such hard workers and so nice! Kelly, Jenna, Zach, Corrine (spelling?) Cara and there are many, many more that have been so helpful.
Once again I only wish I could put a negative number. I'm currently incarcerated i this facility ( yes, I mean incarcerated ) & an orderly put my room mate, an ederly extremely thin man in the bathroom & walked away, shortly afterwards he begin to yell that he was through, no one came, after about 5 minutes more he began to more & louder no one came... I then began to hit my call button, no one responded. After 15 minutes more I called my wife to get the name of the faculty, told her what was going on & I then called the switchboard, I told them I was an resident, informed her of the problem & gave her my name. She said she couldn't find my name & wondered out loud why couldn't find my name. Finally she found it & about 5 minutes more they came to help. This is just one of the many issues I have with this place. The only good thing I can say about the facility is that if you need to lose weight this is the dump for you. I'm 6'2" with very broad shoulders & the portions of food are ridiculously small. This morning for breakfast I had one piece of what the called French toast & 2 very small pieces of bacon, for dinner I had one small piece of frozen pizza & a fruit cup. The only decent thing I can say about this place is some of some of the staff are top notch. Especially Bonita
5 stars because of the care and attentiveness of Nurse Dawn. She’s not only there for my Nan (Theresa), but also for my family throughout her health issues. She’s been a wonderful person to have in these hard times and I hope she knows how much we all appreciate her kindness.
