My daughter who was 2 at the time received PT for several months here and it helped my daughter with Down Syndrome some but it came to a point that my daughter was having behavioral problems escalating when the therapist Maeva would force her to complete the activity. Because of it the therapist said she could no longer work with my daughter and needed a children's center for her behavior. Initially I was devastated because my daughter really needed this therapy but once I realized my daughter was upset upon seeing the therapist I knew I had to get her out of there asap and she was discharged. I asked for a copy of the discharge so the pediatrician can refer to another PT because my daughter needed a change of atmosphere and a different therapy technique and no longer wanted to be there. To my surprise the therapist responded that in her professional opinion my daughter did not need any more PT because of her diagnosis she'd always be behind in her milestones. She was 2, and not walking, how was that even a thought that crossed her mind? She needed therapy even more so. Anyway, it's taken me many months to write this review because I was to upset to do so before. Her discharge from this place was a tremendous blessing in disguise as the Regional Center referred her to TES in Alhambra. Her therapist there was the sweetest most kind therapist from day one and let my daughter lead and adjusted the activity for her. My daughter was happy and smiled on her 1st session and learned to walk a couple months later. If your child has Down Syndrome or any other diagnosis with behaviors please avoid PT here at all cost as I've heard from fellow Down Syndrome parents that they had the same experience with Maeva. Try to get the service from RC with TES or any of their vendors but avoid this place that doesn't know how to work with little children. Best of luck finding the right therapist for your child!

Every time I picked up my child from preschool 1 class he had a dirty diaper. The supervisor Paula always threatens parents with calling child services on them. She did this once when they called me to pick up my son bc the school smelled like “smoke” . I told her my mother would help me pick him up but was an hour away, she said “If nobody is here in 30 mins I can call CPS.”I have heard from other parents she has also told them this or has called CPS on them.

Absolutely, the worst OT/ Speech service you can receive from this facility. We have dealt with recurring last minute cancellations from the facility, they do not give room to remake the dates that they cancelled unless you advocate for your child, they are under staffed but continue to overbook. . It does not make sense and their receptionist Sui is very rude and comes off very passive aggressive when you try to explain to her your concerns. It's very difficult to communicate with her for the reason that she tends to cut you off and speak over you before you can explain yourself. AVOID this place at all cost! It's been an absolute nightmare

Great child center. Great teachers and great staff.
