Love this school to pieces!! My 3 kids have been attending for almost 3 years now. We are planning on transitioning to the international school of Minnesota (ism) in the fall and very pleased to know my kids were very prepared for the interview/application process. Highly recommend FCDC!!
Family Child Development Center has been absolutely amazing. The staff is truly focused on each child’s growth. The environment is safe and welcoming. You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk in. After having my infant son at FCDC for about 6 months now, I cannot say enough good things about it. Fun fact: I’m in my thirties and I went to FCDC when I was a child and now I send my son there! I think that speaks to the character and long-time positive reputation of this center and their leadership. From the director, the teachers, to the children, this place is filled with love and joy. Not only do I feel safe and comfortable with my child in their care, I also feel cared for and supported as a parent. I truly wouldnt consider sending my child anywhere else.
I am very thankful that we chose Family Child Development Center for our boys. They LOVE their teachers! I think the communication with parents is excellent and I really appreciate how invested each teacher is with using the app, sending newsletters, and sharing all of the fun things the kids do during the day. I also really like the opportunities for parents to connect with each other through the PALS committee events. FCDC is the best!
FCDC is a great place to send our daughter. She tells us about different activities they did each day, what they're learning about, and the teachers are really diligent about posting photos and notes about her throughout the day on their classroom app to help us have that conversation with her after school. Overall, very happy with how she is cared for!
